SD DDR RAM (Stupid question)

I don't know what the hell happend there...anyway...
-The PCXXXX number means what for DDR?
-If you divide the XXXX does it give you the speed?
-If something is DDR 333 does that mean that it is effectivly 333MHz or 666MHz?

DDR333 = PC2700 = 166Mhz x 2

My guess is that it'd be bad implementation of the latter.

Doesn't it have something to do with the bandwidth? Like PC2100 would have a bandwidth of 2.1gbps and 2700 would have a bandwidth of 2.7gbps? Probably wrong.
