All UHS-1 cards are limited by their bus speed of 104MB/s (~95MB/s sound about right in practice). So there's that.
To get higher speeds you need a UHS-II card and a UHS-II reader. From Sandisk, only the ImageMate Pro is UHS-II compatible. Sandisk may be using some secret sauce in their cards and readers that can go a bit beyond, but I'm not certain. There is also a UHS-III (SD 6.0) standard, but I haven't seen cards/readers in the wild yet.
