Panasonic is the fastest and the best brand to get.

Avoid SanDisk.

Is SanDisk that bad? It's just slow right? But is it dramatically slower? How about reliability?

Benchmarks show Panasonic cards with huge performance leads over SanDisk cards in all areas...read, write, format and accessing. In the area of 400% faster.

SanDisk are horrendously expensive for the size and the poor performance that they offer. Same goes for their CF cards for that matter.

I found that SanDisk was the cheapest option I had. Cheaper than Kingston... well, that was the only other viable option asides from "generic" I could find in my city. If you don't buy SanDisk from a chain retailer like Staples then price wise, it's not expensive anymore.

But that much slower eh? Wow. Pretty dramatic.
