Scythe Ninja $43.99 + free shipping at Newegg. Cheapest i could find. It was $47 shipped yesterday. It seems to be $50 to $60 bucks shipped most other places. Warm at least.

Its a bit more than a fan, and most of the less than stellar reviews on newegg are from people who could not use the cooler on their motherboard. The ninja is one of the top
tower coolers out there right along with the Tuniq Tower, Scythe Infinity, and Thermalright Ultra-120.
