Scythe Ninja question

so I swapped out my XP-90 for a Scythe NINJA rev B. I installed it except a couple of the heat pipes are resting against a couple transistors and bending them very slightly. Is this going to be a problem?

Maybe I can't help but just out of sheer curiosity, can you take a picture?

By the way, what kind of case do you have? I have a Coolermaster Centurion 5 and just bought the same heatsink although I haven't installed it yet. Boy I hope it's going to work on an Abit AT8 32X. 😱

shouldnt be a problem. Mine does the same thing on an intel bad axe 2 motherboard and its running fine.

Can't quite get a picture that shows what Im talking about clearly, but I have the Antec P180. The transistors are facing the back of the case so at least the exhaust fan is putting air away from them. I left it on all night and it seems to be ok for now.
