SCSI Windows 2000 Problem

Hello,

Not sure if this is the right forum for this message, but here goes. I'm running a Dell PowerEdge server with three SCSI drives. One of the drives failed, so I removed it and attempted to fix it. When I did that, my number two drive failed automatically. I put all the drives back into the system and cleared my SCSI bios configuration. Now all my drives light up perfectly and show no errors. However when I begin to boot into Windows 2000 server I get an error that says "Windows 2000 could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: WINNT\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEMced startup options for Windows 2000." At the same time, if I use the repair option with my CD and get to a prompt I can view my C drive in DOS. I have all my folders that my users use daily, but there are no files in the folders. Is all the data on the drives lost and how can I fix my Windows without doing a full re-install?

Thanks,
Lance
