I saw this post in the hot deals section and it was totally misleading claiming on the title that it was "FREE" but on the inside of the post you had to buy a Hard drive from the retailer.
My beef with this post is that plenty of mods in the hot deals section have been nailing users for misleading or "provocative" (quoted from a mod who locked a deal) posts, yet here is a clear example of the just the same. It claims that its free but technically its not since you have to buy the hard drive. I'm not questioning the degree of how hot it is, but its hypocrisy and as they say "you should do as you preach."
Just a little food for thought, as the mods should have their fingers moved alittle further away from the lock button.

I guess you really told us didn't you.
One problem though Bunky, we didn't post that thread and we have no say regarding what Anandtech Deals (AT Advertising) Posts.
