SCSI RAID0

hello fellas,
I recently grabbed a pair of 36GB, and 1 18GB Fujitsu SCSI U160 15K HDDs, planning to get a Adaptec ASC-29160N, what i am not sure is how to set them badboys in RAID0 format, do i have to get another RAID controller? I am new to SCSI, can someone post a simple walkthrough? I like to put my system in the 18GB and run the pair of 36 in RAID0
Thanks

Don't think that controller does RAID. I suppose you could do software RAID, but I've never used that myself.

Normally, a (hardware) RAID controller will put up a message when you boot, urging you to push one of the F-keys to bring up the RAID menu. From there, you should be able to configure and initialize your RAID, format the drives, and then proceed to install the Adaptec drivers in Windows in order to recognize the drive.

Heck, since you're not installing your system on the RAID proper, you might be able to initialize, configure, and format from within Windows.

I have an LSI 21320-IS I'm not using that will do the job. Send me a PM if you're interested. BTW, you need not post three threads on the same thing 😉
