SCSI RAID 0?

Does anyone have or have seen a website with benchmarks, I was thinking it would be killer performance to get something like 4 15K SCSI drives striped in a RAID 0 fashion. Wow!

I did a few bench myself but not with 0..

I did
quantum atlas 10k raid 1 (mirror) 2 drives
quantum atlas 10k raid 5 (s/p) 3 drives
quantum atlas 10k raid 5 (s/p) 4 drives

seagate barracuda 180gb 7.2k raid 5 (s/p) 3 drives
seagate barracuda 180gb 7.2k raid 5 (s/p) 4 drives

I used winbench, the speed of mirror and raid 3 drive & 4 drive stripe with parity isn't that great, maybe 5-10%

also the suprising thing was 7200rpm scsi raid 5 isn't that much slower than the 10K raid 5, about 3-4% difference..
