SCSI questions

To network? Probably not, but I don't really know. Ethernet or FireWire would probably be better solutions.
 
Not network, but share a drive. A SCSI card is just another device on the chain. Can it be a link between computers? Think SAN.
 
my guess is no too. A SCSI controller is another link in the chain, but you'd have to tell one of the controllers not to control the line, not to provide term voltage, etc...
 
A LUN is a Logical Unit Number. You should go google up some FAQs on SCSI configuration if you're trying to do anything with it...
