scsi hostadapter error in nero while burning on my plex?

wtf is up with this? ive also had probs with plex->plex on the fly copying where i should not have.

i got this error on a plextor 12x4x32 scsi burner on a tekram dc390u2w scsi card.

in nero in the log screen it said 'scsi hostadapter error'

never heard of that one before but better just go over the basics for scsi ie termination & ID.
What are the IDs of your scsi hardware including host card?
is the last drive on the chain terminated?
is there an updated bios for your scsi card?
any other hardware sharing the scsi card irq?
sorry if this appears basic but it's usually the obvious that gets overlooked.

Also, is this the first time happen and you don't have problem with the same setup before? I agree it's possible either a cable or termination problems.
