Scsi Hardrive Upgrade Question.

My system is a HP Kayak XU dual 400 P2, 512mb ram with 2-4.3 SCSI 68 pin drives ultra wide 10000rpm and I want to upgrade to bigger drives. I have 2 questions. 1) Do I need to stay with 68 pin, 10000rpm drives or can I use any SCSI interface. 2) I wanted to get a couple of 36gb 80 pin 7200rpm drives. Will this be ok? Also any help in making a choice would be great. Thanks
🙂

why would u want 80 pin drives? 80 pin drives are for hot swap racks.. if u do get those u would need 80pin-68pin adaptor. otherwise it woudnt matter. the HD will run as fast as the controller allows.
