scsi drive and raid config

I have a 2000 server box that has a raid 1 for mirrioring on it. I would like to install a scsi hard drive for booting purposes, but I can't figure out how to get both of them to work at the same time. The system is a dell dimension 4100.

Set the drive you want to boot off of to ID 0, since it's a new drive you'll have to either ghost or reinstall the OS to the drive.
