Guys, does any one of you using or know about the Adaptec AIC-7892 Ultra 160 SCSI Connector? If so, is it good? Any info are welcome.

No, you can't use a Adaptec BIOS, they warn against that... something dell does to make their stuff not work but it acts the same as an adaptec.
