SCSI - 64bit/mhz vs. 32 - compatibility ?

I've been looking into the Adaptec 2010S and 2005S SCSI raid controllers. These are both 64bit/66mhz PCI cards - will they be compatible with my 32bit PCI on my Asus P4S533 board or not ???

No, that card is a ZCR board for use in motherboards that already have Adaptec SCSI chips onboard in order to add hardware RAID functionality.
