I believe that that episode was the show's 100th episode and it is directed by Zach Braff...on the season 5 dvd there is an extended cut and a commentary by Zach. Very good episode.
Dr. Reed: "Did you eat my mango body butter?"
JD: "No!" I shmeared it on a bagel
