she told JD she had a miscarriage.. but, the next scene you see her getting an ultrasound with the doctor saying its a healthy baby..

from the look on elizabeth banks face I see the writers coming up with her character growing guilty and she'll come back tell JD and they have their family. I highly doubt the writers would screw over the JD character that bad and have Kim not have any guilt.

I so wish they could end things with a JD + Elliot happy ending, but of course, no, they've messed things up too much for that to ever happen 🙁

I think she did that to find out if he stayed with her just because of the baby and it happens that he did indeed so she got her answer.
