Scrolling of pages jumpy after new install radeon drivers

I had a older version of the drivers, updated to the latest now whenever I'm on any website and scroll down its not nearly as smooth as before. I feel its dragging, Made sure smooth scrolling is on. I even went back to my version but same problem. Now i'm thinking i need to mess with some settings!!
I also notice a diffrence when moving windows on the screen as they drag!!
Refresh rate at 80

You didn't uninstall your old drivers properly and now there is a conflict.


To fix this, uninstall your current drivers (from Add/Remove programs) and then run the program Driver Cleaner 3.2. Follow the instructions with the program closely to remove all ATI files on your HD, then reinstall the new drivers and you will be fine.
