so basically you know when you open up a browser and press down to scroll through the page?
Well my gf's computer does this retarded thing where the cursor goes through everyline through the page making scrolling down very difficult... It also sometimes just jumps to the bottom of the page and it is getting really annoying. Somebody please help me. Thank you!
update: This happens on both IE and FF so I think its more of a hardware issue... its on a sony laptop.... it had a MS mouse driver so I uninstalled that and installed the recommended driver for the built in mouse pad on the laptop... still a no go.... =(
