They cannot ban religious material unless it is deemed extremely inappropriate. Everyone has their right to free speech/expression of belief. Just because you do not agree does not mean it gets locked.

Actually we can ban anything we want. This is a private forum and the First Amendment doesn't apply here.

The thread linked seems perfectly fine and unless it turns into a full out flame fest it will remain open

Free iPod/spam is a totally different thing, and the others have their own dedicated forum.
