Scripting .msi installs

Morning. I was wondering if anyone here had any good links to information regarding scripting *.msi installations.
I have no problem with basic publishing/assigning software via Active Directory GPO's. What I would like to do is customize the install options via scripting, etc.
If any of you know of any good links I would appreciate the help.
