Wel, I was trying to import a bunch of graphs from Excel to Powerpoint yesterday, and every darn time, I kept getting the message:
"server application, source file, or item can't be found"
Well, I tracked a potential issue down to this problem.
But, that *WASN'T* it! In fact, it had nothing to do with NAV, SAV, or Organization charts or importing from older versions.
The *REAL* reason? Well, apparently in Excel, I had two copies of the same chart open (note in the titlebar that the filename has ":2" appended to indicate a duplicate window). In addition, the original window had a window split.
Once I closed the second window and removed the split, VIOLA! the problem went away.
This caused me hours of frustration, trying to get my graphs into powerpoint..so in case someone else for some reason happens to run into a similar situation, here's the solution!
*sigh* now I can get back to my slides!
