I am planning on upgrading my case because I need more 3 1/4" bays. Which is better, a screw case, or screwless case? Has anybody had problems with a screwless case since it is unorthrodox?

No problems at all. There actually not unorthodox. COMPAQ desktops here at my work are all screwless.
They have tabs that you push in to release the cover. It's handy if you work on your PC a lot or if you
work at a job with multiple desktops.

Nothing wrong with thumbscrews if you are too lazy to use a screwdriver to get into a case.......or don't have the time. I have a screwless case at work, no problems with it.

Same here. I have a Lian Li PC60 case which uses thumbscrews instead of screws.

screwless is great unless you have no clue which tab to pull/push when. first time taking apart an old optiplex took a while.
