Screwed Up Partitioning

I built a computer for the first time tonight and everything seemed to be going well until I tried partitioning the hard drive. I set aside 4GB for Windows to run but I didn't do anything with the rest of the 200GB. How do I get that storage back?

Also, when doing the initial partioning, I saw that Windows was only registering 131GB. How do I make it recognize the remainder. Thanks in advance.

I stink!🙁

EDIT: This is for Windows XP Pro

After you finish the install, put on SP2, and then right click my computer->manage->disk management, should see the rest there, as unallocated. Partition/format/mount as you see fit.

Yes but how do I get back to the point where I am selecting my partition size. I know I will have to start over. I just don't know how to get back to that point.

Put the Windows CD in, boot.

It's going to ask restore or new, pick new

Once you get to the screen to pick your partition you can choose to delete, create etc for all of the partitions.

Here's another question.

I partitioned the drive into 3. A 40GB, 89GB, 61GB = 190GB on a 200GB hard drive. What happened to 10 of my gigabytes??
