i screwed up and set one of my ram cl settings to 1, now my k7m wont really boot (it kind of will, it just acts like i dont have any ram in it).

i looked all over the manual pdf from the asus website and couldnt find a way to manually reset it, i also looked all over the motherboard itself for a jumper or whatever but i couldn't find anything.

is there a way to fix this?

its not really that big of a deal since im gonna be using it as my secondary rig from now on anyway since i didnt wanna wait and ordered a 1.4ghz ahyja tbird with a new msi kt266 mobo for my main rig, it would just be nice to replace this crappy k6-3 400 with my old k7 650 for my secondary computer.

There is normally two solder points on the board that you can short with a metal pin or something on Asus boards that will clear the CMOS,or you could remove the CMOS battery for awhile.

Did you get it working? I had the exact problem when I had an Asus K7M and Mem is right there are two solder points that you need to short to clear the CMOS. I did that, and it worked great after that...
