Screwed up BIOS. Re-flashing or Reprograming?

Hi everyone,

I saw a really cheap Shuttle AK-31 v.2 mobo on ebay. The seller says, "This is a used Shuttle Ak-31 V.2 Motherboard. I made an error flashing the bios. Except for this, the board is in perfect working order." What does it take to "re-flash" or "reprogram" the bios? Is it worth it?
 
you will need a new eeprom or have the tools to flash one.
IMHO you would have been better off buying a new one,
they are like $45-50 new.
