Screwed over by TWO companies online (half.com seller and mods4less.com), what do i do???

Hi, I recently bought from this company called mods4less.com ... I paid $60 for a ps2 accessory on their site through paypal, but then they

1) claimed they never received the order.
I followed up by emailing them several times, and talking to their "online customer support chat room." they don't have a physical address on their website or a phone number.

2) they didn't respond until I filed a paypal complaint.
3) Then they said they would ship it 2 day mail on the 21st. It's the 25th now and I still haven't received my product.


*To make that experience even worse....*

I also just bought a refurb ps2 from a guy on half.com.
1)He said he sent the ps2 out last week via ground mail from 2 states away (it takes 2 days to get here according to UPS) but I still haven't seen it and he won't give me a tracking #.
2)He's no longer responding to my emails either.
We're talking about a guy who has a huge PS2 ad on the main bar of half.com!! I don't know what to do!!!

What gives???? do i just have really bad luck or something with these online purchases I've made? any help in what I should do?
