Screwed my mobo HELP!

The other day i tried to fix update my friend's mobo, an old BIOSTAR PII, and it crashed on me, and then when i restarted, i can't see anything, and it makes some funny noise, no booting sequence or anything, well may be there is, but the no more onscreen displays. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?🙁

Try creating a DOS boot disk with the flash utility on it and the backup copy of the BIOS that you saved when you attempted the upgrade.

Unplug EVERYTHING from the motherboard except video and floppy.

Many BIOSes have an emergency recovery type thingamabob that will let you boot to the floppy and flash the BIOS if you pooched it.

I know this from personal experience. It's saved my hide at least once. 🙂
