A lot of the time when i insert a disk into my HP 9900ci combo drive (12x/10x/32x/8x) the read disk just keeps blinking and the disk never shows up in the "My Computer"
Then when i try to click on the drive it just says "Letter/: is not accessable, The request could not be preformed because of a device I/O error"
Anyone know how to fix this problem or have this problem before? I tried using the Ricoh 9120 OEM firmware 1.37 because it is the same drive but it wouldnt let me.
