Screwed by another trader.....

I was dealing with a member here with high heat and I agreed to pay his asking price on an item. Pm's were going back and forth and I thought the deal was done. I sent all contact info then he logs off. Next morning I get a PM/Email that the item has been posted on Ebay because I never pm'd him back after he pm'd me. This person logged off and I dont sit here all night long waiting for pm's. Just of a crappy way to do business in my mind. The item still is posted for sale with no mention of an auction on Ebay.
