Screwdriver with an insane magnet tip?

Is there such a thing? Like a screwdriver that has a very solid magnetic tip in that it won't fall off with just a slight bump and or touch? I have several magnetic screwdrivers but they just can't put this damn screw into this really deep hole.

I use the magnets that come out of hard drives but they tend to lose their magnetized state after a while.

The problem with making a magnet tip with the usual high end magnets that are used in HDs, is that the material is very brittle. It wouldn't last one screw.
