Speaking of the 'mom-n-pop' establishments... there is one a few miles down the road. It's a combination convenience store/feed store/restaurant. It's called Fugler's - the home of the Bubba Burger. Eat one of those, and you can feel your arteries clogging. If you are ever in the vicinity of Harleton, Texas you need to look them up. In fact, I think I hear Bubba calling me now.
