Screensaver crashing XP???

Hi,

I just recently reinstalled my XP and installed all of the updates. Now, sometimes, after being on for a few hours, my screensaver freezes, and my computer basically crashes. I'm using the floating 3d objects screensaver.

After a crash, I look in the event view and there doesn't seem to be any events during the time when it crashed.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
 
I have a similar issue, but no screen saver, but you just reminded me to check 'Event Viewer' 😀 Thanks 😀

I've actually been running this system 100% stable for at least several months. It's only been this latest install of XP that has exhibited this behavior.

Perhaps, it is Norton antivirus that is causing my system to be unstable because it is the only new application I installed.
