Screensaver comes on when i am viewing DVDs in WinDVD

This is very irritating having the screensaver come on in the middle of a movie. Is there any solution to stopping this besides turning off the screensaver completely?

There is a shareware package that does it nicely - Called "ScreenSaver Switch." It puts an icon in the tray that lets you simply turn it off with a click.

I used to use it all the time, but now, with an LCD monitor, I no longer use any screen saver. I simply turn the monitor off when I am not actually working on it. Ergo, nothing would interrupt a movie.

My solution to my roommate having this problem was for him to play back his movies using media player.
