Screencap program recommendations?

Huma

I'm looking for a way to screen cap mpgs (in windows media player, and dvds, and other overlayed video.

any ideas?

Sorry, Huma, I can't help directly. But search for a thread on this topic. I thought I saw one a few days ago.

BTW, for any body who's interested, a nice screen capture program (not video capture) program is Snagit. It can capture a full web page by scrolling and is easy to use.

Don't have one myself, but here's a suggestion...

Go to PCWorld and PCMag websites and search in their files sections....maybe you'll find a shareware proggie or maybe a free one that might fill the bill...

😀

howdy, for clarification, I don't want motion cap, just stills from playing mpgs and such. Using print screen generally doesn't catch the overlayed video (mpgs/dvd etc).
