Hello. I am looking for a program to adjust the hue of the entire screen to a desired color, including any programs that are currently running.

Anyone know of one? Thanks.
 
Adjusting the hue to me means warming or cooling the entire display shade. For Radeon systems, that is done in the Catalyst Control Center by adjusting the color correction curve. Nvidia has a similar control.
