I'm getting some kind of screen tearing...but not in games...on the internet/Windows
My resolution is: 1920x1080 60 Hz with a DVI/HDMI Cable (HD 6950)
A good example of my problem is when I open the following pic:

When I zoom in using '+' and then slowly move to the left/right, I see 'invisible lines' moving around (much like games without vsync)
