New xfx 6870 with screen tearing just watching netflix videos..

Also leaves pixeled areas from moving a window on top of another, goes away within a second.. but its ANNOYING.

I haven't overclocked the card, card is rather cool.

I was told this might have to do with the hdmi cable? i'm using hdmi right now...
Or maybe even driver issues?....

Anyone having the same issues?

I may be going on a wild guess here, but are you by chance watching netflix from within MCE? If so, join the club as there is no fix for that. However, that should not happen if watching netflix through a browser window.
 
triple buffering, vertical sync, different driver versions, different quality settings, software and driver updates, flash updates, codec updates, player updates, netflix updates. Try various combos of this
