In IE5.5 when I go to some webpages (the-ctrl-alt-del.com site, for example) when my mouse cursor hovers over the links my browser window flickers. What would all of a sudden cause this? I uninstalled my video drivers and reinstalled some different ones but the problem persists. It doesn't do it on the forums here when I hover over all the topics.
Any ideas?
