Screen Saver Crash

I'm currently overclocking my PIII 700E to 933, typical overclock on an i815E motherboard. The voltage is only at 1.7V, and temps for CPU are around 35 idle, and 39 under load. I just noticed that for the past 2 days (when I started bumping up the FSB to 133) that it hangs in the screensaver, just there, doesn't happen anywhere else. What could this be the result of? Screen savers aren't CPU intensive, and it can't be my AGP bus overloading because of the i815E's AGP divider.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I always run the Text (OpenGL) screensaver on Win2000. I just make it show the time. I rarely ever crashes in anything else, but the screen saver always seems to get it to crash. And the crash isn't blue-screen, just a hang - no movement, it just freezes the screen saver.
