Screen Keeps Re-sizing

Hello All

I am having an issue with my PC. It is connected to my HD Samsung 40 Inch TV and has been for the last 2 years but within the last few months the screen has started to re-size and I am losing some of the screen on all sides. Can someone advise how to fix this, I have an NVIDIA 660Ti card (Used to have 560 TI and same problem). I should not have to re-size using Nvidia control panel which does not fix the problem and screen looks awful.

Any help would be greatful.

Did you upgrade your NVIDIA driver recently? I ask becasue the overscanning issue/setting tripped me up at one point.
 
I don't think so when this started happening, but since then I have a new card Asus Nvidia 660ti and the same happened with the factory standard software and the updated software. Do you have any reccomendations for fixing this? Any help much appreciated.
