Hello, got a issue, when i turn on or restart the computer, the windows logo with the blue bar goes across, then that gets done and the monitor light goes to orange, then comes back and screen keeps trying to do something, then after that gets done windows finally comes up

i saw something about this, and i think someone said it delt with a usb device, not sure but it really sucks
