Screen freezes after installed video card driver

Hello, after I have installed the driver for my PNY TI4200, the screen starting to freeze and turn back for a while. It does this endlessly. It works pretty good without the driver but when I use the scroll button on the mouse, it kind of lags. Hopefully someone can help me fix this problem. Thank you
