Screen freezes after installed video card driver

Hello, after I have installed the driver for my PNY TI4200, the screen starting to freeze and turn back for a while. It does this endlessly. It works pretty good without the driver but when I use the scroll button on the mouse, it kind of lags. Hopefully someone can help me fix this problem. Thank you

Try using an older video card driver. Got to www.nvidia.com and look into their archives for older drivers.
