I have no idea of whether this is a hardware or software issue, but when downloading anything, and I open a file manager, the window flickers in time with the rate at which the file size counter changes, and sometimes the scrollbar jumps, and I'm unable to reach some files until the download finishes. It may be unlikely, but I'm hoping that someone can give me a clue to the culprit.
