Screen flashes black when surfing web

I had this problem a long time ago and it was caused by the 2d & 3d clock speeds being different. But, now they are the same and I am getting this problem again. The screen just flashes black for a second. II have tried several driver versions and it happens on my WinXP and WinXP 64 boot drives.

I have tried getting help at both NVNews and the NVIDIA forums without any luck.

Is there a fix for this?

Anybody? This is extremely annoying. Any clues as to what it would be since it doesn't seem to be driver related? It does it whether I have SLI enabled or not.
