Question Screen failure? Red seems to have taken a hike

The screen in question is a laptop screen, everything in Windows has a green-ish tinge to it. The BIOS screen is affected as well, as is booting into Win10 setup from USB. Connecting an external screen shows no problems. I'm inclined to think it's the screen that's going, but I've never seen an LCD screen go this way. I've taken a photo:
