Screen capture software

I'm looking for screen capture software that's free or almost free that will allow me to record larger resolutions (multi-monitor) and then export at a decent frame rate. I dont care if the out put video is 800x300 for a 2 monitor display. I just need good frame rates. Anyone know of any good software?

MWSnap 3 it's free and works great!

Echo for MWSNAP. Been using it for almost 2 years - it is fully functional and p[erfect for XP. In Vista, I use the built-in "Snipper."
