scratched rear bumper, what can I do?

Oh man
I have had my driving license for two years, and my perfect driving record is now tainted.
Today when I was backing out from a real tight area, my rear bumper got scratched.
Is a really light scratch, and there is no dents or anything. What can I do to fix it? This is my dad's car so I really have to do something about it.

i sracthed it against a wodden bench
since i was backing up really slowly
the scratch was quite light
absolutely no dents

do anything but do not take it to a body shop, they rip you off bad
