SCOTUS and Birth Control in Obamacare, Legal? Not Legal?

I think the article mentions one key point that will help the US government and that is Hobby Lobby is electing to provide health insurance. If they are paying almost twice minimum wage, I don't think they would be at a competitive disadvantage if they dropped health care coverage. And either way, their taxes end up paying for birth control indirectly anyway.

Outside of the SCOTUS declaring that corporations can declare what religion they are I don't see them coming out on top. But maybe I am missing something...

Chief Justice Roberts has said before that just because a law is stupid, doesn't mean the SCOTUS should strike it down as unconstitutional. And the birth control provision of Obamacare is a shining example of just such a stupid law that the court should let stand.
