Nice find. A quick question, though (and maybe I'm being over-cautious)-the rebate form says it requires the original rebate form. Is a black and white copy printed out from the internet sufficient?

I can't guarantee it, but I've sent in B&W internet copies as originals for many different rebates and they have all been accepted.

I don't think you're being over-cautious. It 's a question that has occurred to me, too. There have been times that the form was only available by printing it out from a site so that's as "original" as you can get. That may be the case here.

I think original meaning... not receipt rebate forms

Like the ones at best buy. The rebate is printed on the receipt paper

Make sure the URL is printed along with the coupon itself....kinda "proof"

don't quite understand what the confusion is about...

the rebate is from the 3M site, and the language "and this original, completed rebate certificate" seems pretty straight forward enough. thanks OP!
